Wanna take a look or listen to Simple Plan's Interviews
well I'll give you what you want........

Simple Plan's Wild Ride
The Candian punks are about pads, helmets, balls, and success. They talk their beer-fueled tours, the sexiness of Avril and Shania, and fans that have their cell numbers.

Since your CD will be released soon in Europe and Japan, how does that make you feel considering you haven't toured there yet?

SP Chuck: It comes out in two weeks in Japan, and in June for Europe. And we're going to tour in Germany before the CD is out. So it's going to be fun to have the chance to play for kids before the CD comes out. So when it comes out, it won't be like, "Who is this new band?" Cause they'll see us play the show or whatever. But what's really scary is that we just love them. Like in Thailand, our song is doing super well on the radio already and people are actually calling in to ask the DJ to play it. We never ever went there, like no promotions or anything, so it's really cool to know online people are finding out about the band and people are talking about us so that's really impressive. I think that's what we're all really stoked to find out, like the good news from Japan or from Europe. So, it's the biggest gift to go there and travel. We never went to Europe or to Japan or Australia. So it's goin' to be fun to check out the scene.

Are there any other tours in the talks or coming up?

SP Pierre: We're doing Pop Disaster for ten days and we're doing a little bit of the Warped Tour. And we're going to Germany for a week and a half. And then we're just gonna.we're a touring band. We don't like to be at home. We're gonna go wherever there is a reaction where people like Simple Plan, then we're gonna be there. And for the next year, it's just gonna be non-stop, non-stop, non-stop, and keep going.

So you guys are going to Australia?

SP Pierre: I think so.
SP Chuck: Later on in the fall, yeah.
SP Pierre: It's great for punk bands.
SP Chuck: Yeah, I remember talking to Blink about it, and even before "All The Small Things"      and stuff, it was the best place for them.
SP Pierre: Ya know what's going to be really cool about going there?
SP Chuck: What?
SP Pierre: Seeing the toilets flush the other way.

(everyone laughs)

SP Chuck: I think seeing kangaroos is going to be fun.
SP Seb: No, the best thing is going to be meeting Steve Irwin.
SP Chuck: Crocodile hunter!
SP Pierre: (in Australian accent) Crikey! He's a biter!

I just wanna go there for shows because I heard they are so awesome there.

SP Seb: Crazy. Yeah, I heard the kids are crazy.
SP Chuck: I heard in Japan, it's quite the opposite. The people are really polite and just calm.

Oh really?

SP Pierre: clapping They love it! They love us!
SP Chuck: They love us! (same time as Pierre)
SP Pierre: I think it's manifest between change evolving before 5 or 10 years ago. Just clap and stop. And you wouldn't hear anything. Like when you're playing, after a song, you could just drop a pick and hear it, it was that quiet. And when you stop they clap! Claps like the Japanese
