Mothers Against Drunk Driving
(MADD Canada) is a non-profit, grassroots organization that is committed to stopping impaired driving and
supporting the victims of this violent crime. At the heart of MADD Canada is our volunteers who include not only mothers,
but fathers, friends, business professionals, experts in the anti-impaired driving field and concerned citizens who want to
make a difference in the fight against impaired driving.
RADD uses edu-tainment music, sports, celebrity spokespeople, media access and
sponsors’ communication channels to save lives and reduce injuries by raising awareness about the importance of
road safety. RADD's goal is to reduce fatalities and injuries across all age groups by promoting safe, sober driving and awareness
of road safety.
Éduc'alcool is an independent, not-for-profit organization that was founded in 1989. Its members
are partners in the alcoholic beverage industry in Quebec, parapublic institutions and individuals - all of them fully of
aware of their social responsibility. Together, they have instituted a number of information, education and prevention programs
designed to help young people and adults make responsible decisions about drinking. Éduc'alcool's commitment is accurately
reflected in its slogan: "Moderation is always in good taste."
